We answer in English and Spanish. For a medical assessment, the screening form gets you to our medical team fastest, because they can review your history before calling you back.
What happens after you write
- Our admissions team replies, usually the same day.
- A member of the medical team reviews what you have told us and asks for what is missing: medication, doses, cardiac history, recent lab work.
- If your case looks treatable, we agree on a preparation plan and only then talk about dates.
- If it does not, we tell you, and where possible we point you somewhere appropriate.
We do not send automated sales sequences and we do not pressure anyone into a date. If that is what you are expecting from a clinic, we are not that.
If this is an emergency
We are not an emergency service. If you or someone with you is in immediate danger — overdose, chest pain, suicidal crisis, withdrawal seizure — call your local emergency number (911 in Mexico, the US and Canada) or go to the nearest emergency room now. Write to us afterwards.

- Yes. What you write reaches our medical team only, and we never discuss a patient with anyone without written consent, including the family member who contacted us first.
- Can a family member start the process?
- Yes, and often they do. We will eventually need to speak with the patient directly, because treatment requires their own informed consent.
