The 7-Day Program and What It Costs
Most clinics make you ask for the price. Ours is US$10,000 for the full 7-day medical program, flights not included. Here is exactly what that covers, day by day, and what it does not.

Day by day
Day 1 — Arrival and baseline diagnostics. Private airport transfer, your oceanview suite, baseline cardiac evaluation, EKG and full blood work.
Day 2 — Preparation. IV hydration and electrolyte optimization, including magnesium and potassium correction. Cardiologist review of your results and an intention-setting session with a psychologist.
Day 3 — The monitored session. A test dose first, then the treatment dose, in your own suite. A board-certified cardiologist on site, a dedicated ACLS nurse at your side and continuous multi-lead EKG telemetry throughout the active phase.
Days 4–5 — Rest and integration. Continued cardiac monitoring, daily one-to-one integration sessions with a clinical psychologist, nutrition and restorative therapies.
Days 6–7 — Discharge. Final cardiac check, a written medical report, your 90-day aftercare plan and transfer back to the airport.
What US$10,000 includes
- Pre-treatment screening: EKG, blood panel, medication review and, when indicated, echocardiogram
- Seven nights in a private oceanview suite, one of only six
- The full medical protocol: cardiologist on site, one-to-one ACLS nursing, continuous telemetry, IV therapy and medication
- Standardized, laboratory-tested ibogaine of known alkaloid content
- Daily integration sessions with a clinical psychologist
- All meals, prepared for the nutritional needs of each phase
- Private round-trip airport transfers in Cancun
- Written medical report and a 90-day aftercare plan
What it does not include
- Flights. We can quote them for you, along with hotel nights for a companion, extra transfers or tours in Cancun — just ask our team once your application is reviewed.
- Medical detox before arrival, when your case requires it (alcohol and benzodiazepines usually do).
- Extra nights or a companion's room, quoted separately.
- Ongoing therapy at home after the 90-day plan.
If a quote you receive elsewhere is far below this, ask specifically who is in the room during the session and what monitoring equipment is used. That is where the difference in cost usually sits.
Why the price is public
Because the alternative is worse. In this field, "contact us for pricing" is how people end up comparing clinics on emotion rather than on what is actually included. You are making a medical decision for yourself or for someone you love; you should be able to compare like with like, in writing, before you call anyone.

Frequently asked questions
- Is a deposit required and is it refundable?
- A deposit reserves one of the six suites for your dates. Our admissions team sends you the terms in writing before you pay anything; if our medical team declines your case after screening, the deposit is returned.
- Does insurance cover ibogaine treatment?
- No. Ibogaine is not approved by the FDA, so US and Canadian insurers do not reimburse it. We can issue a detailed medical invoice, but you should assume this is out of pocket.
- Can a family member come with me?
- Yes, and for many patients it helps. We quote their accommodation separately; tell our team when we review your application and we include it.
- How soon can I be treated?
- It depends on your medical preparation, not on availability. Opioid cases can often be scheduled within one to two weeks; psychiatric medication tapers take longer, typically several weeks.
